• Do not store gold plated jewelry on any surface until it is inside a sealed ziplock. Store each piece, wrapped with cotton, separately in ziplocks so that it is isolated from the contaminants in the atmosphere. Whatever you do, do not store in those fancy velvette jewelry boxes for showing off.

Ideally after every wear, rinse with soap water and then running water to remove dirt/sweat/perfume etc. Place jewelry on a towel and blow dry with a household hair dryer thoroughly for 5-10 mins until hot and totally dry everywhere.
