We have a 24 hours return policy. You have to make up your mind about returning a product "immediately" on its receipt and get in touch with us to inform us that you would like to return the product with a valid reason. No returns shall be accepted after 24 hours of product's delivery to you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

We will arrange the reverse pickup from the same location to which delivery was made, you do not even have to pack the return parcel yourselves. The designated reverse pickup courier service (BVC Logistics) shall take a video recording of the returning material and pack it themselves. You will not have to bear the return shipping charges

Once the returned products are received, we will immediately process your full refund through UPI or net banking.

EXCHANGES

We shall not exchange one product for another at any point of time. You are free to return a product within 24 hours to claim a refund. You may be able to use that refund to buy another at our discretion only.
