Our Gold jewelry isnt sensitive to perfumes etc like some other jadau jewelries.

Ideally, store each piece separately wrapped in cotton to minimize clanking. To get rid of dirt and sweat - wash with brush and soap water followed by a clean rinse and blow dry.

• The studded stones to be bought back at the prevailing 22k gold rate.
• The hanging and stringing pearls and colorstone beads to be bought back at 70% of the selling price.

All our gold and silver products are sent through insured precious cargo carriers. The responsibility of delivering the product to your address is fully ours.

Likewise, any reverse pickup from your address to ours for returns or repairs, is also our responsibility.

We will offer product related services like

• Fixing a fallen off stone
• Alteration in length of a pearl strung necklace/bracelet
• Fixing any other accidental damage

The services shall be offered free of charge to as much extent as possible. In some cases, a nominal mutually agreeable fee will have to be paid. Our logistics partner will arrange for safe and insured transport both ways.
