• Do not store gold plated jewelry on any surface until it is inside a sealed ziplock. Store each piece, wrapped with cotton, separately in ziplocks so that it is isolated from the contaminants in the atmosphere. Whatever you do, do not store in those fancy velvette jewelry boxes for showing off.
• Our gold plated jewelry is washable. Ideally after every wear, rinse with soap water and then running water to remove dirt/sweat/perfume etc. Place jewelry on a towel and blow dry with a household hair dryer thoroughly for 5-10 mins until hot and totally dry everywhere. Washing insures that the surface is clean when in storage so whatever contaminants got on the surface during the jewelry wear do not get to spoil the gold plating.

How To Prevent Blackening/Tarnishing of Gold Plated Silver Jewelry

Likewise, any reverse pickup from your address to ours for returns or repairs, is also our responsibility.
