100% payment is required before dispatch for orders placed online.
All payment modes including Cash on Delivery are accepted (a 5% extra charge applies to COD. For COD as in "cash currency notes", purchases between 50,001 and 199,000 will requires a verified PAN for the COD carrier, which will either be eCOM Express or BVC Logistics Pvt .Ltd depending on the destination. COD in cash currency notes is illegal for purchases above 199,000.
The most preferred mode of payment is net banking.
For make on order items, 50% advance is applicable to initiate the order and the balance 50% just before dispatch. The balance can be paid through COD as well with the 5% extra charge on the balance 50%.
For customised orders, 50% advance is applicable to initiate the order and balance 50% just before dispatch. Advance shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of a customised order. However, even custom orders fall within our one-day return policy and a full online refund is applicable in case of a valid reason.
For select cities, a one of its kind offline service is available wherein a customer can choose home delivery and pay AFTER checking out the product(s).
